Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Whilst 90% of our orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 24 hours, please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Orders will be delivered via Australian Post Standard delivery.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

If a part or all of your order is on backorder you will be contacted by email with details of backorder items. Items on backorder may take up to 3 weeks. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we may assist you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We ship to New Zealand, USA, UK & Selected European Countries using Australia Post.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise and returned to MyIndah within a reasonable timeframe. You can also return or exchange any non-faulty full price item which is unworn or unused and in its original condition with 14 days of receiving the product.

Sale items are non-refundable unless the item is either faulty or wrongly described.
Customers are responsible for paying postage to return items.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Please simply email us via our contact page, explain the reason for the return, we will send you an address to return the item. Then, send it back to us with the item/s you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed either via credit card.

Please allow two weeks from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution centre for your account to be credited. Once we have processed your return we will notify you via the email address provided with your original online order.

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and MyIndah address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.
